He is keenly adept at the architecture, implementation, and management of risk management and compliance programs. Chris possess in-depth working knowledge of a wide range of laws and regulations specific to employment background screening such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and state consumer reporting laws. His expertise includes data privacy and protection regulations as they pertain to US based background screening practices. In his spare time, Chris is an avid biker in the mountains of Colorado near his home in Fort Collins.
