Searches are taking close to 10 business days due to State Police being short staffed. Usual TAT is 7-10 business days. The State Police’s computer system is experiencing issues. There is no ETA as to when the issues will be resolved, hence currently orders are being delayed until the computer system is back up and running. The vendor is still submitting orders as the police department has advised once the system is up and running, orders will be processed in the order they were received. |
